What we collect and why

To run your account we collect:

your email, name, and profile picture (you sign in with Google);
your plan, subscription status, and trial dates, plus payment references from our processor. Payments are handled by the processor; we do not store card details;
a record that you have used the £1 trial, tied to your email and a one-way card fingerprint from our processor, so it cannot be reused;
your IP address, browser (user agent), and session activity, the bets you log, and your saved preferences;
aggregate visitor statistics, via our own self-hosted, cookieless analytics.

Our legal basis is performance of our contract with you for running your account and taking payment, and our legitimate interests for security, preventing abuse, and aggregate statistics.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies, to keep you signed in. We use no advertising or analytics cookies and show no cookie banner.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that run EWEdge:

We may also disclose your data where the law requires it.

International data transfers

Account data is hosted in the UK and backups in the EU. Some providers (Google, Stripe) operate globally; transfers outside the UK and EU are covered by standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Account data: deleted within 30 days of a closure request.
Billing records: 6 years (UK tax law).
Access logs (IP, user agent): 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or transfer your data. Email support@eachwayedge.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

EWEdge is for adults aged 18 and over.
