Who we are

EWEdge is run by Chalk Coming In Ltd, the data controller. Company number 17352165, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.

What we collect and why

• Your email and name, and your profile picture if you sign in with Google
• Your plan and billing details, including a one-way fingerprint of your payment method so the £1 trial cannot be reused
• Your bets and preferences
• Your IP address, browser, the pages you open and the link that brought you here

We do not store card details. We use your data to run your account and take payment, as our contract with you requires, and for security, support and analytics, which are our legitimate interests.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, to credit a partner whose link brought you here (for 60 days), and to remember if you turn off analytics.

Who we share it with

We share your data only with the providers that run EWEdge, such as Google and Stripe, or where the law requires. Transfers outside the UK are covered by standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

• Account data: deleted within 30 days of closure
• Billing records: 6 years (UK tax law)
• Sign-in logs: 12 months
• Analytics: 90 days

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or transfer your data. Email support@eachwayedge.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
